We plant a third of an acre with vegetables and greens that are for sale for anyone looking for fresh, organic, locally grown food. We also sell to local restaurants concerned with providing their patrons with locally grown fresh organic produce. You can din most of our farm grown produce at the Garnet Café.


We also have a 30 by 45 foot hoop house used to prolong the growing season in the spring and fall and to grow heat loving crops such as tomatoes, peppers and eggplant. 


During Spring, Summer and Fall, we keep a family garden, and it is surely a family event! Everybody helps out with the planting, weeding and especially the eating! We can, freeze or dehydrate any overflow for use in the long and cold winter months.
